Localworks’ biannual Mid-Century and Modern Home Tour is making its highly anticipated return in September 2025! Do you own a mid-century modern-style home in Wheat Ridge? If so, Localworks wants to hear from you.
This year’s tour will showcase five to six homes in Wheat Ridge that exemplify mid-century or modern design. It’s a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the unique architectural character of our community while supporting Localworks’ mission to make Wheat Ridge a vibrant and sustainable place to live and work. Proceeds from the event will benefit Localworks programs, including but not limited to TLC Clean-Up Days, the Block Party Library, grant funding for residents, and the Clear Creek Makerspace.
If your home is selected for the tour, it will be professionally photographed, and you’ll have the chance to connect with other like-minded homeowners during pre-event gatherings. Localworks will coordinate volunteers to assist on the day of the tour, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for you. As a token of appreciation, participating homeowners will receive complimentary tickets to the event.
