Get ready for the most egg-citing morning of the year. The Annual Egg Hunt is hopping back into Anderson Park on Saturday, March 28 at 10 a.m., with a rain date of April 4. This FREE community favorite promises a morning full of springtime fun for families of all ages.

Children will dash across the grass in search of 10,000 colorful, prize-filled eggs. From sweet treats to special Easter basket prizes, there’s something magical waiting to be discovered throughout the park. The excitement doesn’t stop there! Families can also enjoy games and activities, sack races, sidewalk chalk art, and plenty of picture-perfect moments.

Be sure to bring your camera, because the Easter Bunny will be on hand for photos and smiles, along with everyone’s favorite feathered friend, Booster the Rooster. It’s the perfect opportunity to capture sweet spring memories.

To keep the morning running smoothly and make it more enjoyable for everyone, the egg hunt will feature staggered start times by age group. Children ages 2 and under will begin at 10 a.m., followed by ages 3–4 at 10:10 a.m., ages 5–6 at 10:20 a.m., and ages 7–10 at 10:30 a.m. This format helps reduce the frenzy and allows parents to comfortably watch each of their children participate.

Bring your baskets, invite your friends, and come celebrate the season together. Whether it’s your child’s very first egg hunt or a beloved family tradition, this joyful morning is sure to create lasting memories. For more information, please visit www.rootedinfun.com/egghunt.
