It’s time to unleash your pet’s Halloween spirit! Join us for an evening of costumes, community, and all things pets at Cosmo’s Dog Bakery and Pet Supplies in Gold’s Marketplace.
Cosmo’s is a Wheat Ridge owned and operated pet shop specializing in nutritious baked goods for pets, along with a wide selection of healthy dog and cat foods, treats, chews, collars, leashes, beds, supplements, and more. Their knowledgeable team is passionate about helping pets and their people find the food, products, and supplies they need to stay happy and healthy!
The main event of the evening will be our Pet Costume Contest! Dress up your pup, kitty, or other furry friend and enter them for a chance to take home some prizes! One winner will be selected at the event, while two additional winners will be chosen online (through Instagram likes). Can’t bring your pet to the event? No problem! You can still enter them in the contest by submitting their photo before the event ends. And of course, no Halloween party is complete without a treat! Every registered guest will receive a free Halloween-decorated biscuit for their costumed companion(s). Your pet doesn’t have to attend the event for you to claim their treat, so even your shyest sidekick can join in on the fun.
Along with the costume contest, guests can enjoy light refreshments provided by Localworks, a fun guessing game featuring mystery bones and treats, and plenty of time to browse Cosmo’s selection and meet fellow pet lovers. Soul Dog Rescue may also be on hand to answer questions about fostering and adoption.
This free, come-and-go event is open to all ages (and all pets, whether they’re dressed to impress or prefer to stay home). It’s going to be a paw-sitively fun evening!
Registration helps us plan ahead and guarantees your pet’s Halloween treat, so be sure to reserve your spot and get those costumes ready. To RSVP please visit wearelocalworks.org/events. Any questions about this event can be directed to Localworks at [email protected].
