Direct Your Momentum

I’m not an expert in numerology or astrology, and I definitely don’t dictate my life choices in response to my horoscope, but 2026 is an interesting year in these two fields of study.

In numerology we just exited a nine year and entered into a one year, the beginning of a new cycle. The energy that this creates is one of fresh starts and planting seeds that we want to nurture and see blossom over the next nine years.

In Chinese Astrology, February ends the year of the snake and begins the year of the horse. The snake is about shedding what is holding you back from living your best, most impactful life. The horse is about active momentum.

According to experts, there’s a lot more astrology at play here. Let’s just say the planets are conspiring for change, giving us ample opportunity to release what no longer serves us and the greater good, and to step into our most authentic power-with (not power-over) abundant lives.

If your 2025 was anything like mine, my clients, and my friends, you experienced a life of full-color ups and downs. Much to be grateful for and also much to be upset and disappointed by.

What did you learn about you under these circumstances? What parts of you is it time to let go because they really are just holding you back? Who in your life authentically supports you? Who do you leave feeling heavy and like you can’t just be you around?

For most of my life I have not believed in resolutions, mostly because they’ve never worked for me. These last few years I’ve refined a process that really serves me, and it always begins in January.

I look back on the previous year and name all that I’m proud of and grateful for. I also name all that sucked. When you get really honest about what doesn’t work you release it and empower yourself to find new solutions.

Then I jump forward to the end of the current year. When I look back on 2026 what do I want to see, be proud of, feel?

Then I ask the harder questions. What do I need to start and stop doing to make that real? Who do I need to become? Who do I need to ask for help and lean on to make this easier and a faster reality? What beliefs do I need to change to get out of my own way? What investments do I need to make?

This year is even more poignant, as what begins now, carries forward for 9 years.

Not sure where to begin, I’d love to provide clarity for you here [email protected].
