On Oct. 14 at Stites Park (Newland St., W. 29th Ave., Wheat Ridge), Localworks will host the Sustainable Neighborhood Block Party in partnership with the Panorama Sustainable Neighborhood from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. This block party is a celebration of the work done by Panorama Park Sustainable Neighborhood. This event is completely free, besides any optional extra purchases from local food trucks and business vendors from West 29th Marketplace.

This event will feature activities ranging from live music by the Honey Badgers, to a pet costume parade sponsored by Cosmo’s Dog Bakery and Pet Supply Store. This is a relaxed, welcoming event that is the perfect way to kick off fall! Bring your family, friends, neighbors and pets to enjoy a free yoga session from SPENGA at 10 a.m., some delicious food from Infinitus Pizza Pie or Em’s Ice Cream, and come and spend some time outdoors in your community!

Localworks will simultaneously be hosting a FREE shredding event, provided by Altitude Docushred at Stites Park. You won’t want to miss out on this event. We hope to see you there!

To learn more, or to register for this event, please visit www.wearelocalworks.org/events and select October 14 on the community calendar. We encourage you to register for the event if you plan on bringing documents to shred as this helps us plan for our volume of guests.
