Localworks Appreciation To Our Community On Colorado Gives Day

Localworks wants to give a HUGE thank you to everyone who attended and played along at our Bar Stool Bingo event, donated online and anyone who has supported us along the way! This Colorado Gives Day Localworks was able to raise $9,013.38! We are humbled and in awe of your generosity. Our community came together to make this year’s Colorado Gives Day truly special.

The Localworks Home Improvement Loan Program (HIP) helps Wheat Ridge homeowners increase the value of their property with a loan that is accessible to everyone, no matter who you are. The community’s generous donations and support directly impacted this program for the better! Your donation went further thanks to Paramount Roofing and Gutters who matched the first $2,000 of donations! We are so grateful for the community’s continued support – THANK YOU!

Wheat Ridge Memories Requested

Localworks is extremely excited to announce that we are developing an app specifically for the Wheat Ridge community that is set to come out in 2023! This app is meant to tell the story of Wheat Ridge by providing the history of specific pre-chosen locations, but we want to hear from YOU! As a Wheat Resident your memories of these places will uncover stories that may have never been heard before. Do you have any memories of your favorite places downtown or otherwise in Wheat Ridge? We want to know!

Please visit https://tinyurl.com/5f9zdc4v to access the form, learn about the locations and share your story! If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to reception@wearelocalworks.org and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
