Wheat Ridge High School PTSA, with support from TikTok and in collaboration with National PTA, invites you to the upcoming free workshop, “Create with Kindness”. High school families will come together for an open and interactive discussion with teens and provide families with information and resources to enhance online safety.

This special dinner and discussion will allow both teens and adults to feel equally heard and seen, while encouraging realistic, balanced perspectives on how teens and families can navigate the ups and downs of today’s digital world. You will learn the latest about the safeguards in place to help protect teens, including TikTok’s Family Pairing, and get practical resources and tools. A separate program for younger students focusing on social networking and cell phone safety will be presented by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Cheezo unit.

The evening includes FREE dinner and drawings for door prizes for both teens and adults!

This event is open to teens (age 13+) and parents/caregivers.  Onsite activities available for students under 13. All ages may enjoy the dinner; however, free supervised activities will be provided for younger students (ages 4-12) onsite once the program begins.

The night concludes with door prizes from Nike, Apple, Lululemon, and local Wheat Ridge businesses.  Please RSVP by end of day October 18. We’d love to have you join us!
