Peak Form Medical Center celebrated the opening of its new Wheat Ridge location with a ribbon cutting and open house on Thursday, October 8, from 4–6 p.m. at 8550 W. 38th Ave., Suite 100, Wheat Ridge.
The event celebrated Peak Form’s fifth location across the Front Range and its commitment to maintaining access to occupational medicine services for Wheat Ridge-area employers and employees.
Peak Form officially opened the Wheat Ridge center on August 10, following Intermountain Health’s decision to discontinue occupational medicine services at its Wheat Ridge and Broomfield clinics. Peak Form stepped in to help maintain access to specialized occupational medicine services in the community, opening its new center at the former Wheat Ridge occupational medicine location.
“We saw a real need in the Wheat Ridge community and knew we could help,” said Jeanette Hrubes, CEO of Peak Form Medical Center. “We are excited to officially celebrate our arrival in Wheat Ridge and welcome employers, community partners and neighbors into our new center.”
The October 8 event included a ribbon cutting, facility tours, opportunities to meet the Peak Form team, and light hors d’oeuvres. Local employers, community leaders, health care partners and members of the Wheat Ridge business community were invited to attend.
Peak Form Medical Center is a woman-owned, locally operated Colorado business that has provided occupational medicine services since 2003 and serves more than 1,000 employers across the Front Range. In addition to Wheat Ridge, Peak Form operates centers in Boulder, Broomfield, Brighton and Greeley.
The Wheat Ridge center provides workers’ compensation injury evaluation and treatment, occupational medicine and employer services, physical therapy, DOT physicals, pre-employment and post-offer physicals, drug and alcohol testing, and other occupational health services.
