On June 28, the Wheat Ridge community celebrated its first Little Free Library, “a place where all can take books, bring books, or just love on books.” Located at 3075 Upham Court, the box where people pick up or leave books, was hand-made using all recycled materials and the design was inspired by Maurice Sendak’s classic children’s book, “Where the WIld Things Are.”
